This Friday, January 11th at 9:00 AM, Tem is scheduled to appear in the New Bedford District Court (75 North Sixth Street, New Bedford, MA 02740).
With a new attorney, we hope to resolve this case with a justified end. Once again, thank you for everyone's support and continued presence at hearing after hearing. Bless to all who can make it out again.

What happened at court on Friday?
Tem's attorney made some technical moves. There was another Assistant DA put on the case, is that #7 now? The next real court date is March 11th when the judge will decide on the motions. So last week was yet another waste of time in our great injustice system.

I wish you luck in this case my friend.I lived there for 29 years and know how the police there work .I have been stopped a few times car searched and my persons searched for no cause at all.Seems like police there are just playing the lottery when they stop people trying to find drugs.Then when you do get charged with something trivial.They make you go to court for years and anyone that works for a living cannot afford that so they force you to make a deal with them . Don't give up or give in to them .
